一、个人简介 杨焱,1970年9月生,博士,二级研究员,上海市领军人才、上海市农业领军人才,博士生导师,上海市农业科学院食用菌研究所加工技术与发酵工程研究室主任,国家食用菌工程技术研究中心加工分部主任。 | ||
二、主要学习与工作经历 教育背景: 1988,9-1992,6 南京农业大学微生物学系,获理学学士学位; 2003,9-2007,6 江南大学食品科学学院,获工学博士学位; 2007,8-2008,8 德国柏林自由大学,高级访问学者。 工作经历: 1992,8-1997,7月 江苏省微生物研究所工作,任助理研究员; 1997,8月-至今 上海农业科学院食用菌研究所,二级研究员 | ||
三、主要科研工作与成绩 主持或参加了国家科技部863、科技支撑、农业部行业专项、农业成果转化、国家自然科学基金等国家和省市级40多项课题的研究。对珍稀药用真菌桑黄和猴头菌的优良菌种选育、人工驯化、发酵技术、功能性成分的分离鉴定及高效制备技术、活性物质的作用机制等进行了深入系统的研究,获得了高产活性代谢物的优良菌株及高值利用技术;揭示了天然活性多糖功效作用的结构基础,构建了多糖的精准质控技术和高效制备技术,开发了系列营养健康产品;系统研究了食用菌风味物质产生的关键因素及机制,建立了食用菌风味评价体系。已主持获得上海市科技进步一等奖1项、上海市技术发明奖1项;参与获得中华神农科技二等奖1项、上海市科技进步三等奖4项。已在国内外学术刊物上发表论文270多篇,其中SCI收录73篇;已申请发明专利40项,获授权30项;负责了5项功能食品的开发和申报工作,均获得国家健字号批文;认定了两个高产多糖的猴头菌新品种。 近三年代表性论文: 1、Henan Zhang, Fuchun Jiang, Dehui Qu, Wenhan Wang, Yating Dong, Jingsong Zhang, Di Wu, & Yan Yang*.
